# SellFastPhoto — step-based service finder + numbered photo mosaic (@jahforge1)

Creator: @jahforge1 (real estate photography vertical). Tagged client: @sellfastphoto
(Tampa Bay real estate photography). Caption: "Client paid $25 ... This real estate
photographer in Tampa just paid $25 for a full custom demo. No free work. No 'maybe later.'
... $50. That's it. One decision. One DM. ... DM 'SITE' and I'll build yours."
Saved: 2026-08-24, CG flagged as a design to save for future reference.

## What it actually is

A physical hands-on-laptop demo scroll of a real, live local-service website built for an
actual client (@sellfastphoto), used as social proof for a cold-DM low-ticket offer: pay $25
for a demo site, then $50 to make it real ("One decision. One DM."). This is the same cheap-
demo-then-DM-to-sell tactic already validated in prior reels this week (Stonecrest tiers,
alexdukee's close) — logged here specifically for the SITE DESIGN, not the sales tactic.

## The design itself

- **Hero**: dark navy top nav (logo + Home/Services/Work/Process/Areas/FAQ + Call Now/Book
Now buttons), full-bleed photo of the photographer shooting a real listing, bold condensed
headline "ONE SESSION. EVERY ANGLE." with red accent on the second line, short subcopy
underneath ("Ground, interior and air in a single visit..."), a numbered 3-step caption row
along the bottom of the hero photo itself (01 ON THE GROUND / 02 THROUGH THE HOME / 03 UP IN
THE AIR) — the numbering communicates the service structure without a separate section.
- **Photo mosaic gallery**: an irregular grid of real listing photos (twilight exterior, front
elevation, living room, bath detail, kitchen, indoor/outdoor living), each tile labeled with
a small caption burned directly onto the image bottom-left — turns a plain photo grid into a
labeled portfolio without extra UI chrome.
- **Guarantee banner**: bold condensed all-caps statement on a dark full-width band — "IF IT IS
NOT RIGHT, WE FIX IT OR REFUND IT" — with a smaller regular-weight line underneath explaining
the mechanic (reshoot or full refund, keep the photos either way). Same "confidence guarantee
as hero-weight typography" move as Etchara's earlier 45-day guarantee work.
- **Service finder (Services page)**: a literal step-based decision tool — "01 SERVICE FINDER,
STEP 1 — WHAT KIND OF MEDIA DO YOU NEED?" — four icon cards (Photography / Video / 3D & Floor
Plans / Full Packages), each with a one-line description, that narrow down to specific flat-
rate pricing. This replaces a static price table with a guided click-through, explicitly
flagged in-page as "Start broad, narrow it down, get the details. Everything below is flat
rate with travel across Tampa Bay already included."

## Buildability for WMIS

**Fully doable now, no new tooling**: this whole site is CSS layout + real client photography +
copy. Dark nav/light content-section split, numbered caption overlays on photos, and the
guarantee banner are pure CSS/typography work already inside our current WordPress/Astro stack.

**The one genuinely new pattern worth stealing**: the **step-based service finder** replacing a
flat pricing table with a narrowing decision tool (pick category, see 2-3 relevant options, then
price). This is a real UX upgrade over a static price grid and is directly reusable for Clearcoat
(Signature/Premium/Full Refresh + add-ons could become "what does your car need?" steps) or any
future multi-package client site — logged as a concrete pattern to prototype next, not yet built
anywhere.

## How to apply

Two separate things worth carrying forward: (1) the numbered-caption-on-photo + guarantee-banner
typography moves are cheap, immediate wins for any local-service client site; (2) the step-based
service finder is a genuine structural upgrade worth a real prototype pass on Clearcoat's
packages/add-ons section before assuming a static price table is the ceiling.
